Peruvian coffee has really become a go to origin for us in the last few years. Like Colombia, the variety and consistency of coffees available in Peru make it easy to find something you love.
This lot comes from the Calca in the Cuzco region, better known for Machu Pichu that coffee, but don't let that fool you. It is almost hard to imagine coffee growing in the Andes, with glaciers and sub-zero temps common in the higher altitudes, but mixed among the coca plants and steep mountainsides are stunning coffee farms growing a number of varieties of coffee.
