Everything you could want in a coffee growing region is found in Bolivia...except maybe easy access? For years we've sought the right connections to purchase some of the beautiful coffees coming from Bolivia. And with Los Rodriguez we have found a great coffee producer with whom to partner.
On the cupping table, this coffee instantly stood out for it's Kenya-like character. Pass after pass we returned to this coffee and we knew we had to have it. We were shocked to find that it was an anaerobic coffee.
For months now, our entire staff has waited eagerly for this lot to arrive in the US and here it is for you to share.
