We are proud to present this vibrant sweet coffee from one of our favorite coffee growing regions in Colombia, Nariño. Produced by the family municipality Tablón de Gomez.
Tablón has extreme coffee growing elevation which is conducive to brighter fruit flavors along the malic and tartaric fronts. Coffee from this region often have taste notes of green apple, white grape and lychee balanced out by notes of milk chocolate, dulce de leche and raisin. This coffee is complete in structure with its sturdy mouth feel and crisp fruit flavors.
After carefully picking only the perfectly ripe cherries they process this coffee fully washed, dried it on raised beds to the perfect moister content was reached. Their dedication to quality shines though in this coffee.
