Goodboybob’s decaffeinated coffees meet the same high-quality standards required of all our coffees. Our coffee is decaffeinated using the Sugarcane Ethyl Acetate (EA) process. Using a naturally occurring extract from sugarcane production, EA naturally extracts caffeine from green coffee while retaining all the compounds that contribute to aromatics and beautiful flavor notes. Goodboybob sources our green decaffeinated coffee with care and then artfully roasts each batch with the same attention to detail as all of our coffees. The result is a sweet cup of coffee with notes of vanilla, gingersnap, and simple syrup.
