This very special coffee is the #1 coffee from 2021’s Guatemala Cup of Excellence (COE). Finca El Injerto, located in the highlands of Huehuetenango, Guatemala, is an incredible farm established in 1874 and run by third and fourth generation farmers Arturo Aguirre Sr. and Arturo Jr. Finca El Injerto has earned many awards, including earning the #1 spot at COE eight times, placing in the top five at COE five times, and being used by numerous global barista competitors.
El Injerto specializes in producing high-quality coffees. The Aguierre family commits technical innovation and education to its farm while maintaining environmentally friendly farm practices.

Brewing Instructions
To best experience the nuanced flavors of this extraordinary coffee, we recommend a ratio of 1 part coffee to 16 parts water when brewing, or put simply, use between 12-14 ounces of water for a 25g sample.
