We roast our own beans and source them the way a museum might curate an exhibition - thoughtfully, obsessively, maybe even a little irrationally. We partner with growers who treat farming like an art form.We build spaces that are part café, part gallery, part daydream.

Sourcing
We source our beans from the most renowned coffee-growing regions, working with farmers who share our commitment to quality and sustainability and who believe in equitable and environmentally-responsible practices. By building direct relationships with producers, we enable transparency, fairness and a better cup from the ground up.

Roasting
We roast in small batches to bring out the unique character of every bean. Our approach is equal parts art and science—designed to highlight each coffee’s natural flavor profile. From bright and fruity to deep and chocolatey, we let the origin speak for itself.
