All of our coffees are roasted by hand, in small batches, on our environmentally friendly Loring roaster to bring out the distinct character of each bean. We balance science and artistry to ensure every batch is consistent, fresh and full of flavor.
Yes! We release seasonal single origins and special blends throughout the year. They’re available for a limited time in our cafés and online—sign up for our newsletter or purchase a subscription so you don’t miss a drop.
Our Santa Monica café is open daily from 7:00am to 5:00pm. Our Manhattan Beach café is open Monday to Friday from 6:00am to 2:00pm. On Saturday and Sunday, it is open from 6:00am to 4:00pm.

No. Currently, we ship within the U.S. (including Alaska and Hawaii).
We roast weekly and typically ship within 1–2 business days of roasting. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after shipping.
We pack our 6oz and 12oz coffees in resealable, airtight bags with one-way valves to lock in flavor and let the coffee breathe naturally.
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 (before tax and shipping).
Select your coffee, preferred size and delivery frequency (every 2 weeks or every 4 weeks). We roast fresh and ship straight to your door on your schedule. Subscribers save 5% off every order. You can modify, skip or cancel at any time. If these subscription options do not work for you, please contact us at roastery@goodboybob.com. We can customize the cadence that works best for you.
Yes—you can switch between blends and single origins from your account dashboard. Please make any changes at least 72 hours before the order processing date.
Log into your account to skip a shipment, change your coffee selection, adjust your delivery frequency, or pause your subscription at any time.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay and Google Pay.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to make changes. Email us at roastery@goodboybob.com as soon as possible.
We want you to love your coffee. If something isn’t right, email us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right—whether that’s a replacement, refund, or credit.
Because coffee is a perishable product, we can’t accept returns. However, if your order arrives incorrect or defective, we’ll gladly send a replacement.
