Sourcing

Set in the rugged highlands of Harsu Haro Muda, this coffee originates from one of the most remote and difficult-to-access kebeles in Ethiopia’s Guji region. The area’s steep terrain, dense forests, and year-round rainfall create both a challenging environment and a uniquely rich agricultural landscape. Farmers navigate these conditions with remarkable resilience, traveling long distances by horse, mule, or donkey to bring their harvests to the Goro Muda washing station.

Roasting

This coffee is roasted intentionally light to preserve the clarity and nuance of its high-elevation origin. The profile highlights the natural transparency and delicacy developed during cultivation and processing, without introducing heavier roast characteristics.

The GBB Guarantee

We pride ourselves in sourcing the highest quality coffee beans and building direct relationships with farmers and producers.

To maximize freshness, store coffee in an opaque, airtight container in a cool, dark and dry place. Avoid storing coffee in the refrigerator or freezer due to moisture and odor absorption, which can negatively impact flavor.
