Origin: Colombia San Gabriel

In Palestina, Huila, Finca San Gabriel has cultivated coffee for approximately 50 years, carrying forward a third generation family tradition. At 1,800 meters above sea level, the farm grows Gesha, a variety prized for its distinctive floral character and refined cup profile. Under Linarco Rodriguez’s management, the farm has focused on cultivating less common varieties for specialty coffee competitions, earning second place in the Cup of Excellence in 2021.

Roasting

A light roast allows the Gesha’s signature floral character to take center stage, complemented by the delicate sweetness of cashew and balanced apple tartness. The result is an expressive, refined cup that highlights the variety’s aromatic complexity without overshadowing its subtle sweetness.
