Acacia Hills is nestled on the shoulder of Mount Oldeani in northern Tanzania, bordering the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and overlooking one of Africa's most extraordinary landscapes. At 1,750 - 1,850 meters above sea level, the estate's high elevation and volcanic soils create ideal conditions for producing expressive, complex Gesha coffees. Surrounded by towering acacia trees and neighboring the Serengeti ecosystem, the farm sits within one of the continent's most biodiverse regions.

Sourcing

Acacia Hills Estate was transformed into a quality focused specialty coffee farm by producers Leon and Aideen Christianakis alongside Mark Stell, whose commitment to meticulous farming and processing has helped redefine Tanzania's specialty coffee industry. From soil analysis and shade management to carefully controlled washed processing, every step is guided by a pursuit of exceptional cup quality. The estate is also thoughtfully managed to coexist with migrating wildlife, creating a thriving habitat that supports native species while producing world class coffee.

Roasting

Roasted to highlight the Gesha variety's delicate floral aromatics and vibrant character, this coffee delivers exceptional clarity with a refined, layered sweetness. A light roast profile preserves the nuance of the origin, allowing its tangerine, hibiscus, passion fruit, and cardamom notes to shine.
